"The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going
beyond them into the impossible." (Arthur C. Clarke)
I write predominately about my first passion - the paranormal and the unexplained - although it was with a romantic saga I had my first brush of sorts with success.
The Books of Kit Domino

Every Step of the Way was shortlisted for the 2004 Harry Bowling Prize. Set in West London during the 1950s it explores the many prejudices faced by young women during the post-war, teddy boy era and emerging coffee bar culture of that time. Soon to be released in paperback for the first time, and to a Kindle near you.
Whitestones is a book I am most passionate about. Have you ever suffered with an earworm? Not a real worm of course, but you know the feeling, that tune playing inside your head all day long that soon becomes an irritation? You just can't get rid of it no matter what you do. Now imagine hearing that tune every day, over and over and, even worse, you don't even know the wretched tune. This is the premise for Whitestones, the story of a young woman's decent into near madness and the destruction of her relationship with her partner when she is plagued by a piece of classical music she does not recognise. It follows her hunt to track down the cause and, with the help of a renown paranormalist, uncovers a tragic love affair that has transcended the barriers of time. Look out for Whitestones on Kindle in the future.
Queenie Queenie (a work in progress) is set in post-war London and in Australia of the £10 Pom. It's the story of a proud German woman whose life is touched by a young child she befriends. A story of commitment and trust, rivallry and jealousy between two friends who fall in love with the same guy, and a devious plot to deprive our heroine out of a legacy.
