A PICTURE CAN PAINT A THOUSAND WORDS

Working in acrylics, I paint landscapes, real (usually from photographs) and imaginary. In my world, the sun is bright, the snow plentiful and Autumn a season to be rejoiced. It was quite by chance that I fell into the glorious world of painting. But that's another story for another day.

In my Gallery you will find a selection of my work; please take a moment to visit.

Small, decorative and affordable, I paint individual works of art on flat canvas board or stretched block canvas that make colourful additions to any home or ideal to give away as gifts. Sizes where given are approximate. Framed paintings are also offered for sale unframed. For details and prices, double click on individual photos in the Gallery; this will enlarge the picture and give details. I hope you will find something to your liking. Should you require any further information on how to purchase, please contact me. I would also love to hear from you with your comments.

Many of the paintings are also available as prints.

What I am not is a skilled photographer. The images captured in the Gallery do not do the paintings full justice. Because of this I do offer a full money-back guarantee if not completely satisfied with any purchase.

Unlike for "Snowglow", I can't guarantee a personal delivery so postage and package will need to be added to prices quoted.

I do take commissions, however I do not paint animals or people.

Well, not yet anyway!

 Purchase Art or Make Enquiry

"Snowglow" was my first large painting and  entered into the Spring 2009 Winsor & Newton on-line art competition. Although not winning, it was ranked in the top 40 from over 600 entrants.

Later sold by auction, the money raised was donated to a very special little boy with cerebral palsy to help sponsor him through The Footsteps Foundation, a specialist unit in Oxfordshire that helps with children with neurological disorders.

Carrying a lot of pride alongside the artwork in my suitcase, I took great delight in personally delivering the painting to the purchasers in Spain where it now hangs in their apartment, a vibrant reminder of winters in chilly Britain.
